For demanding requirements in hot-water and heating-systems, there is also a version available made of high-quality corrosion- and acid-resistant stainless steel. Such safety valves are applicable to not intrinsically safe solar heating systems up to 120°C and district heating building stations.
connection types
- Internal pipe thread
- Male thread
- CHP units (combined heat and power plants)
- biogas plants
- District heating transfer stations/ house stations
- Solar systems
- closed, thermostatically protected water heating systems
In the event of failure of the thermostatic control and limiting devices, the safety valve must blow off the entire heating output of the boiler in the form of hot water and steam. the entire heating output of the boiler in the form of hot water and steam.
- Closed solar heating systems according to DIN 4757-1 and 2 with flow temperatures up to 120°C for all static heights.
- District heating substations, house substations and house systems for connection to heating water district heating networks to DIN 4747-1 and AGFW 505.
Safety valves are permanently set and sealed at the factory.
